Contact XVideoChat

One inbox, read by the team that runs the rooms. Safety and abuse reports come first — for anything happening live in a room, the report button on that person's profile is the fastest path, because the case context travels with it.

The support email

[email protected]

This is the official channel for xvideochat. We read everything that lands here; safety reports are triaged ahead of everything else.

Pick the right path

Report abuse or a safety risk

For anything happening inside a room — harassment, a threat, non-consensual behaviour, or any sign of an underage user — open that person's profile and use the report button there first. It opens a short form that goes to our trust & safety queue, which is far faster than email. Underage-user reports are treated as top priority and acted on with zero tolerance.

Account, coins & payments

Questions about your free starter bundle, coin top-ups or a charge you do not recognise go to the support email. Because there is no account or stored profile, include enough detail (rough date and time, what you were trying to do) for us to help.

Email support

Camera, connection & general help

Trouble with camera permission, a WebRTC room that will not connect, or a general how-does-this-work question? Check the Help Center first — most answers are there. If it is not, email us.

Reporting an underage user or illegal content

XVideoChat is strictly 18+ and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any underage presence. If you encounter it, use the report button on that person's profile immediately, or email us with the time and details. We act on these reports as the highest priority, remove offenders permanently, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Please do not send

Do not email screenshots, recordings or any explicit content from a session — we do not need them to act, and we do not want copies of private rooms. A clear description plus the rough date and time is enough. The rules of the house are in the Community Guidelines, and what we collect is in the Privacy Policy.
