How fast are reports reviewed?
It depends on severity, and we will not pretend every report is handled within minutes. The most serious cases — anything suggesting an underage user, credible threats, or non-consensual recording — are triaged first and acted on as the top priority. Lower-severity reports are worked through in turn. Severity sets the order, not a fixed clock we cannot honestly promise.
What gets flagged?
Behaviour that breaks the community guidelines: nudity or sexual content shown to someone without consent, harassment, threats, anything suggesting a minor, and attempts to record or coerce. Automated filters surface candidates; reviewers confirm before enforcement.
What happens to repeat or serious offenders?
Confirmed serious violations end an account permanently, with no warning for the worst categories. Repeat lower-level offenders are removed after review. We also cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
Do you record rooms to moderate them?
No. Moderation runs in the moment — automated filters plus human review of flags — so it does not need a stored recording of every room. We retain the targeted context attached to a report, not a blanket archive of sessions. The detail is on the data retention page.
Can I appeal or ask about a decision?
Yes. Reach the team through the contact page with whatever detail you have. Because there is no account, include the rough time and what happened so we can locate the case.
